Job summary

Revolv Space SRL in Turin, Italy, is seeking a Procurement, Facility and HR Intern to dive into space-tech operations. You will support procurement, logistics coordination, facility and inventory management, and HR-related processes within a dynamic space startup.

Starting January 2027, the role collaborates across supply chain, lab operations, and people operations while leveraging Excel and modern technologies. English is the working language, with Italian fluency expected.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain & Procurement: Support the procurement team in sourcing materials, track purchase orders, and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Logistics: Plan and execute domestic/international shipments, asset tracking, and inventory intake.
• People Operations (HR): Maintain administrative records, support onboarding workflows, and contribute to internal HR projects.
• Site & Lab Management: Ensure seamless day-to-day office and laboratory operations, coordinating maintenance, supplies, and safety standards.

Job description

Space assets and services are not fully monetized. At Revolv Space, we are solving the problem of low duty cycles by developing and manufacturing the next generation of critical subsystems enabling continuous spacecraft operations and therefore full monetization of space assets.

We start with tackling the power limitations of small satellites by providing best-in-class products for small satellites: Solar Array Drive Assemblies, solar arrays and deployment mechanisms.

To achieve this mission, we are on the lookout for a Procurement, Facility and HR Intern: as an integral part of our team, you'll dive into the captivating realm of space-tech business. Develop your skills in procurement, logistics coordination, facility & inventory management in a growing space company. This is a challenging job merging several aspects of operating a company (from strategic to low-level every day tasks) but it can often be very rewarding, we are building stuff that goes into space after all!
