Johnson Controls in Italy is seeking a Buyer to procure goods, materials and services to support operational needs, ensuring price, quality and delivery targets are met. You will negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, evaluate suppliers, and manage the full procurement process from requisition to purchase order, across multiple projects.

Fluent in English and Italian with 3–5 years of relevant experience is required.

Competenze

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics or similar Bachelor and/or Master.
3–5 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
Understanding of construction processes, procurement procedures and contract forms.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Purchase goods, materials and services to meet company needs, balancing price, quality and delivery.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct performance reviews and drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies; manage supplier negotiations and contracts.
Manage procurement across multiple projects from tender through construction.
Lead pre-order meetings and assemble subcontract documentation.
