Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join Service Execution in Italy (Milan, Genoa or Turin). The role covers on-site and remote technical support for process instrumentation, including calibration and maintenance of flow, level, pressure and temperature devices, plus positioners for valves.

Requires confined spaces certification and willingness to travel within Italy. Hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of process measurement instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, temperature) and positioners.
• Ability to read P&IDs, datasheets, and technical specifications.
• Possession of a valid qualification/certificate for working in confined spaces.
• Degree in Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical background
• Experience in technical support, service, or maintenance roles within industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• On-site interventions, commissioning, configuration, calibration, and maintenance of process instrumentation.
• Remote technical support via hotline and collaboration with internal teams.
• Documentation, reporting and customer communication following Siemens standards.
