Sonoco in Emilia-Romagna, Reggio Emilia, seeks a Continuous Improvement professional to optimize production processes and drive KPI analysis across lines. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to raise efficiency, quality and cost performance while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

Key duties include monitoring KPIs (OEE, line spoilage), developing and piloting new technologies for quality, and implementing SOPs to control efficiency and waste.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma and Lean Principles
• Excellent command of English
• Strong project management skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Hygiene, Food Safety and Health & Safety rules

Mansioni

• Monitor process performance and KPIs (like OEE, line spoilage, performance)
• Development and trials of new technologies to guarantee final quality of production
• Pursue continuous improvement through new technologies implementation and preventive maintenance activities
• Use Lean, Six Sigma and data analysis tools to provide information for data-driven decisions
• Development and implementation of SOPs to control and measure efficiencies
• Collect data and analyze process efficiency to maximize quality and reduce costs
• Work according to Hygiene and Food Safety rules as well as Health and Safety regulations
