The JOB

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering team, contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in a similar role and a solid background in Time and Methods (T&M) analysis and Lean Manufacturing.

Main responsibilities
  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through Time and Methods studies.
  • Develop and implement standard work procedures and best practices for production lines.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate production performance metrics (OEE, cycle time, takt time, etc.) and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to support process optimization.
  • Participate in the definition of layout of production lines and workplace organization.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes or improvements.
  • Document all changes and ensure alignment with quality and safety standards.
Key features
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial setting, with direct involvement in Time and Methods activities.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Minitab
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; other languages are considered an asset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset
