Iveco Group cerca un profilo analitico per il dipartimento Process & Maintenance Engineering presso lo stabilimento di Ostellato (FE). La posizione prevede attività di standardizzazione dei processi, studio del flusso di produzione e implementazione di miglioramenti per aumentare l'efficienza delle linee di assemblaggio e verniciatura automatiche.

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea tecnica, competenze in progettazione meccanica ed eccellente padronanza di Excel e PowerPoint; conoscenze CAD/PDM

Competenze

• Laurea in campo tecnico; preferibile Master o specializzazioni.
• Conoscenza di progettazione meccanica.
• Ottima conoscenza Excel (pivot, grafici) e PowerPoint.
• Preferibile conoscenza CAD/PDM.

L.t.e Toyota Material Handling Europe, is part of Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), a multinational company active in 5 regions. Together with Toyota Material Handling International, North America, China and Japan, we pursue a shared goal: to optimize our customers' material handling activities by providing high-quality products under the TOYOTA, BT, RAYMOND and CESAB brands. The Ostellato (FE) plant, an integral part of the group, designs and produces lifting systems for our forklifts. The position is a very analytical position but with a practical approach. The activity will be carried out in the Ostellato plant, within the Process & Maintenance Engineering department, with a particular focus on the production departments of assembly and automatic painting. Operational approach, combined with analytical skills will be the key for this selection. The employee will be responsible for the following activities:

• Work on process standardization, collaborate with the Quality department to increase the quality of the finished product;
• Study the production flow and operating methods.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and waste.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Study, in collaboration with operational maintenance, countermeasures to problems and increase the efficiency of machines and systems;
• Constantly relate with internal stakeholders, collaborate with other departments and other functions;
• Propose and implement improvement actions (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen).
• Reduce cycle times, waste and operating costs.
• Use tools such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Ishikawa and FMEA.
• Draft reports and presentations;

#LTE The required profile has the following skills:

• Preferable Bachelor's degree in technical field and any specializations or Master's degree;
• Knowledge of mechanical design;
• In-depth knowledge of Excel (use formulas, creation of pivots, graphs,) and Powerpoint.
• Preferable knowledge of CAD/PDM tools.

A logical and analytical approach to data/KPI interpretation is required. Strong listening and mediation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Predisposition to planning, precision, proactivity complete the picture. #LTE Initial fixed-term contract of 12 months and subsequent conversion to permanent contract. Daily working hours 08.00/17.00;
