Iva Post Acute in Iva, SC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our PRN team. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and help restore independence in a warm, family-oriented rehab community.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. We offer flexible schedules, competitive $40-60/hour pay, ongoing professional development, and a supportive team dedicated to quality resident care.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and SC PT license eligibility.

Mansioni

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT Assistants and communicate with care teams.
• Document accurately in medical records and maintain safety protocols.
• Educate residents and families on goals, home exercise, and fall prevention.
• Contribute to quality assurance and program development as assigned.
