Mercor is seeking an experienced private equity associate to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack for a consumer/leisure transaction in Milan. You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, references, and stated assumptions.

You will also peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors, applying a fixed criteria set and providing a short rationale and review scores. This role requires about 20–25 hours over 1.5–2 weeks and English proficiency.

Competenze

• 2–4 years total experience in investment banking and/or private equity
• Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer/leisure focus (Paris/London or Europe exposure preferred)
• Ability to build a financial model from source documents without a template
• English-speaking
