ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Leader responsible for HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs in Lombardy, Italy. You will lead layout architecture and floorplanning, drive parasitic-aware implementations, and mentor a team of layout engineers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of RF/analog layout experience, expertise in high-speed interfaces, and advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI).

Formación

• 10+ years RF/analog layout experience.
• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• HF analog layout for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs.
