Groupe ProductLife is seeking an experienced IT project leader to drive digital delivery for pharmaceutical clients across local and international markets. You will oversee the implementation and integration of market-leading software solutions for Life Sciences, with a focus on manufacturing and operations.

The role requires 5–10 years of pharma IT experience, GMP/GAMP5 knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior staff while collaborating with vendors.

• 5–10 years of experience leading the digital delivery of IT software solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISPE GAMP 5 guidelines.
• Experience supporting junior team members and proven team-building skills.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations and maintenance processes.

ProductLife Group (PLG) is a global consulting and outsourcing company supporting life sciences organizations throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Project and program management skills
• Lead projects for key local and international Clients in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Oversee the implementation and integration of market-leading software solutions for Life Sciences, especially in manufacturing/operation area
• Supporting more junior colleagues
• Enhancing close collaboration with local and global software vendors
• Contribute to the growth and further development
• Involvement and knowledge about technical validation and review specification activities

Requirements:

• Experience leading the digital delivery of IT software solutions in the pharmaceutical industry 5-10 years’ experience
• Knowledge of industry regulations (GMP) and guidelines (ISPE GAMP 5)
• Experience supporting junior team members and proven team building skills
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations (planning, production, MBR/EBR, quality review, warehouse management) and maintenance processes or part of them
• Knowledge of Industry (preferred in Life Science Market) digital solutions for:
  • Automation and Integration Layer (e.g. Aveva PI, CanaryLabs, Aizon Unify/Predict, Zenon Copadata, Ignition and others)
  • MES/EBR (e.g. Werum PAS-X, Aizon Execute, Vimachem, Rockwell PharmSuite, Tulip, POMS and others)
  • Maintenance (e.g. IBM Maximo, Infor Hexagon, SAP PM, Aptean and others)
