Job summary

Costa, Genoa Headquarters, seeks a Pricing Senior Analyst to shape long-term pricing across the fleet and source markets. You will bridge pricing, analytics, and business planning to anticipate opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning across channels.

Join a Strategic Pricing team that translates data into actionable insights, supports market reviews 18–24 months before departure, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or advanced analytics roles.
• Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness, with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Curiosity, resilience, learning agility, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

Within our Pricing & Revenue Management, Itinerary & Transportation Department at Costa's Genoa Headquarters, the Pricing Senior Analyst will play a key role in defining our long-term pricing strategy across Costa's fleet and source markets. Working at the intersection of pricing, commercial strategy, analytics, and business planning, you will help anticipate market opportunities, strengthen our competitive positioning, and ensure a coherent customer value proposition across channels and touchpoints.

Live your ambition. Lead with impactAs part of the Strategic Pricing team, you will contribute to the definition and execution of pricing strategies at sales opening, typically 18–24 months before departure, and support subsequent reviews to capture new opportunities or mitigate risks across the booking curve. Combining analytical depth with commercial understanding, you will translate complex data into clear recommendations, helping the organization make faster, more forward-looking pricing decisions.

Long-Term Pricing StrategyYou will support the development and implementation of pricing strategies by market and season, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market dynamics, and commercial priorities. You will review pricing decisions over time to identify emerging opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve revenue performance and you will support the preparation of executive presentations for sales openings, pricing reviews and strategic recommendations.

Market Intelligence & Advanced AnalyticsYou will analyze customer demand, booking behavior, competitive positioning, and the wider business environment to recommend effective price structures and market positioning. Leveraging advanced analytics, you will uncover opportunities and blind spots, transforming quantitative insights into actionable business decisions. You will contribute to the continuous enhancement of strategic pricing tools to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability of the pricing process.

Pricing Model Innovation & Cross-Functional PartnershipYou will contribute to the evolution of pricing models, fare structures, clusters, tools, and data flows, helping the business better capture customer needs and willingness to pay. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Product, and Customer Offer Design, you will ensure consistency between pricing strategy, customer value proposition, and commercial execution across markets and channels.

What Makes You Unique5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, or advanced business analytics roles, ideally gained within international and fast-paced business environmentsA Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.

Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness, with the ability to transform complex data into clear business recommendations.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior audiences and collaborate across functions.

Proven project management skills and previous experience in managing cross-functional projects will be considered a strong plus.

Fluency in Italian and English.
