Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Pricing / Quoting Specialist to shape pricing strategies, evaluate tenders, and analyze product margins across medical technology divisions. Hybrid or onsite work options are available in Italy, with potential remote work allocations.

The role collaborates with Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams to optimize offers, support new customer acquisition, and ensure compliance with quality and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Economics or Law is a plus.
• 1–3 years pricing/quoting experience in related departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations in all formats (including commercial agreements, RDO platforms).
• Manage customer feedback and all offer-management activities.
