Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Pricing & Contracting Manager Europe - Shockwave, to be located in Italy. The role leads pricing initiatives across Europe, oversees contract management, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to accelerate market access and launches.

The position requires 10+ years in pricing/finance analytics within healthcare, advanced Excel and ERP/CRM proficiency, and strong communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of pricing, finance, or analytics experience in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare.
• Proficient in data analysis and risk mitigation.
• Experience with pricing systems, ERP, CRM, or contract management software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, independent work, attention to detail, and multi-priority management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence.
• Hybrid/remote role depending on location; travel up to 20%.

Essential Job Functions

• Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management

• Assesses key performance measures/indicators to measure progress, risk and identify gaps requiring immediate action for success

• Advises on new product launch initiatives including the development and implementation of project plans to execute.

• Serves as a resource for the business to assess and obtain sign off on pricing proposals for critical go-to-market speed and key wins

• Drives offer development, administers contracts with limited oversight and ensures systems are created for maximum efficiency

• Identifies and implements best practices and process improvements, and supports strategic initiatives in an effort to improve processes and workflows

• Directs the implementation of new and revised contract policies and processes

• Develops tactical and operational plans for facilitating risk assessments for potential and/or actual organizational financial or compliance risks

• Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets

• Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial analytics within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare

• Proficiency in data analysis and risk mitigation

• Proficency with pricing systems, ERP systems, CRM tools, and/or contract management software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel.

• Strong analytical skills, ability work independently, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Effective communicator with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

• This is a hybrid/remote role, depending on location and business needs.

• Travel up to 20% may be required for business meetings, conferences, and customer engagements

• English fluent required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€56.100,00 - €96.945,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
