7 For All Mankind is seeking a part-time Stylist to join our premium denim brand. You will engage customers, showcase our latest collections, and build lasting client relationships while providing an exceptional shopping experience in our store.

You will style customers, drive sales, and support in-store operations, promotions, and visual guidelines. Weekend and night shifts are required, reflecting store scheduling needs in a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.

• Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to overall store success.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales by styling and wardrobe recommendations.
• Sets the standard for customer engagement and exceeds industry expectations.
• Represents the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Builds client relationships and generates excitement about the product through outreach.
• Collaborates with Store Manager to set goals for personal development.
• Assists with non-selling tasks including replenishing stock and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Assists with execution and setup of sales and promotions.
• Keeps the store neat, clean, and well-presented.
• Supports scheduling needs and embodies the brand in all interactions.
• Maintains Loss Prevention awareness and adheres to policies, dress code, and attendance.
• Executes directives from visuals, operations and marketing teams.
