Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring Stylists for our Roma store, where you’ll focus on 1:1 service, helping fans express themselves and find their perfect fit.

You’ll share product knowledge, support operations, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales goals. Evening/weekend shifts are part of the role, with a starting salary range of 23,300 to 27,900 EUR gross per year.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong communication and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Interest in fashion and helping customers find their perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Work with your team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming.
