Motus People is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a leading Netherlands client. You will maintain, troubleshoot and improve high-tech production equipment and installations in a cleanroom-like environment where precision matters.

The role offers day or two-shift options with up to 20% extra for the two-shift rotation, relocation support, and a clear route to a permanent contract. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Competenze

• A technical MBO level 3 or 4 qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Fluent in reading technical drawings.
• Willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Mansioni

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrotechnical equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions to minimise downtime.
• Inspecting, testing and adjusting machines and installations to ensure optimal performance.
• Working from technical drawings, manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Recording maintenance activities and technical findings accurately.
• Identifying recurring issues and thinking along with your team about improvements to equipment and maintenance processes.
