Ivoclar EMEA in Naturno, Italy, is seeking maintenance technicians to keep production equipment running smoothly by performing preventive maintenance and quickly resolving faults.

The role offers training for career changers and graduates, with shift work expected. The gross annual salary starts at 38,000 EUR, plus a variable bonus based on company earnings; final compensation depends on qualifications and experience in the rubber/plastics sector.

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 38,000 EUR and a variable bonus based on the company's earnings. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
