Engineering Its cerca un Senior Pre-Sales per supportare proposte tecniche in gare pubbliche e framework contract. Interverrà nel preparare e presentare offerte di alta qualità, lavorando con stakeholder interni ed esterni e interfacciandosi con istituzioni europee.

Il candidato ideale ha laurea STEM, eccellente inglese, spiccata capacità analitica e attitudine al lavoro di squadra. Ruolo ibrido con possibilità di mobilità tra sedi italiane, compenso annuale competitivo e percorsi di sviluppo

Competenze

• Laurea in campo STEM preferita.
• Ottima padronanza dell'inglese scritto e parlato (B2/C1).
• Spiccata capacità analitica e di sintesi, attenzione ai dettagli nella redazione di documentazione tecnica.
• Ottime capacità comunicative, interpersonali e negoziali.
• Attitudine proattiva, orientamento al risultato, gestione di scadenze strette.
• Propensione al lavoro di squadra e gestione di molteplici stakeholder.

Mansioni

• Analizzare bandi UE (Fixed Price e Time Material) e requisiti tecnici.
• Coordinare e contribuire alla redazione di offerte tecniche conformi ai requisiti di gara.
• Collaborare con team trasversali per raccogliere materiali (referenze progetto, CV, soluzioni tecniche).
• Gestire interazioni con partner, subappaltatori e stakeholder, internamente ed esternamente.
• Monitorare portali di pubblicazione gare per identificare opportunità allineate con la strategia."
• Supportare, se necessario, la formulazione di offerte integrative su progetti già aggiudicati, in coordinamento con la funzione vendita.

What we offer you:

Within the Public Sector Business Unit and, specifically, the EngBelgium ITALIA – EC Technical Directorate, we are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality technical proposals within the scope of framework contracts and public tenders, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and interfacing with European Institutions and Agencies.

What will your activities and responsibilities be?

• Analyse EU tenders (Fixed Price and Time Material), assessing their technical requirements, selection criteria, references and required professional profiles.
• Coordinate and contribute to the drafting of Technical Offers, ensuring their quality, consistency and compliance with tender requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Engineering Group to gather materials in support of proposals (project references, CVs, technical solutions, effort estimates).
• Manage interactions with partners, subcontractors and internal and external stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
• Monitor tender publication portals to identify opportunities aligned with the company's strategic positioning.
• Support, where required, the formulation of supplementary and upselling offers on already awarded projects, in coordination with the sales function.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Degree in a STEM field (preferred).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum level B2/C1).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail in drafting technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A proactive attitude, results orientation and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• A disposition for teamwork and the management of numerous stakeholders.
• Experience in tender and bidding processes is considered a plus, but not essential.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of French or other European languages.
• Experience with framework contracts at national and/or European level.
• Experience with European Commission programmes and the procurement dynamics of Public Institutions and EU Agencies.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) and/or Service Management (e.g. ITIL).

Collective Labor Agreement: Metalworking Industry National Collective Agreement (CCNL)

Level: from level B2 onwards

Annual Gross Salary: from 42.000,00 onwards
