Kraft Heinz in Milan invites a driven new graduate or master's student to join the Finance Department as a six-month internship aimed at shaping future leaders. You will work on day-to-day challenges, owning projects within the Young Talent Program and collaborating with a passionate team.

You will participate in monthly performance reviews with Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning, craft reporting tools, support the AOP process, and interact with senior leadership in a dynamic, data-driven

Competenze

• Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a university course (Master’s Degree).
• Background in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• High level of commitment and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and independent work style.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Controlling the monthly performance together with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning teams.

Are you up for the challenge?

• Controlling the monthly performance together with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning teams.
• Company results reporting: crafting and maintaining the reporting tools.
• Participating in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) creation for the Business Unit.
• Participating in weekly meetings with the Finance Team.
• Report actual results and forecasts, analyses variations.
• Implement and continuously improve internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company performance.

What We Expect From You

• Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a university course (Master’s Degree), preferably with an academic background in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• High level of commitment and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills and independent way of working
• Good command of MS office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in English and Italian languages
• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required in order to proceed for this position.
