Kraft Heinz in Milan invites a driven new graduate or master's student to join the Finance Department as a six-month internship aimed at shaping future leaders. You will work on day-to-day challenges, owning projects within the Young Talent Program and collaborating with a passionate team.

You will participate in monthly performance reviews with Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning, craft reporting tools, support the AOP process, and interact with senior leadership in a dynamic, data-driven

Competenze

Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a university course (Master’s Degree).
Background in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
High level of commitment and analytical thinking.
Strong communication skills and independent work style.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Proficient in English and Italian.

Mansioni

Controlling the monthly performance together with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning teams.
Crafting and maintaining reporting tools for company results.
Participating in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) creation for the Business Unit.
Participating in weekly meetings with the Finance Team.
Reporting actual results and forecasts, analyzing variances.
Implementing and continuously improving internal controls for accurate reporting.
