Job summary

Bosch in Turin, Italy, is seeking an Engineer to join the Engineering team, focusing on calibration and validation of powertrain control functions in real-world environments. You will calibrate RB unit software and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of validated subsets.

The role includes AI model training, development of calibration processes, and first-line technical support for field tests and vehicle testing. Travel ~30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong interest in automotive industry and powertrain systems.
• Good programming skills and interest in AI model training.

Responsibilities

• Support calibration, validation and performance optimization of powertrain control functions.
• Calibrate powertrain control functions on RB control unit to meet project timelines and quality requirements.
• Support development and efficiency improvement of calibration activities and AI model training.
• Provide first-line technical support during field tests, test-bench activities and vehicle testing.
• Act as a technical interface between internal teams, stakeholders and customers.
