Robert Bosch Group in Torino seeks an engineer to join the Engineering team, contributing to calibration and ECU development for the transition to a new control unit.

You will coordinate activities across calibration teams, perform I/O calibration, test-bench testing and vehicle troubleshooting, and support experimental validation and data analysis. Willingness to travel ~20% is required and Italian fluency is essential.

Competenze

• Education in Mechanical, Energy or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Initial engine calibration experience and ECU systems understanding.
• Proficient in software troubleshooting, testing and validation on benches or vehicles.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Fluent Italian and good English; willingness to travel ~20%.

Mansioni

• Coordinate project activities for transition to the new control unit and meet timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with calibration teams across EPM, Knock, UEGO, HEGO and ASMOD for coordination.
• Perform I/O calibration, test-bench tests and vehicle troubleshooting.
• Support engine and vehicle development through experimental validation and data analysis.
• Analyze fleet data to identify issues and define corrective actions.
• Interact with customers on technical and project-related topics and coordinate with international teams.
