Teoresi S.p.A. seeks a Calibration Engineer to join our Michigan-based powertrain team. You will develop, test and validate engine and transmission calibrations to improve performance, drivability and regulatory compliance across the vehicle development cycle.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering, 2–5 years of calibration experience, knowledge of CAN networks, and strong data analysis. English fluency is essential; on-site work is expected in Michigan, USA.

Competenze

• 2–5 years in automotive calibration, powertrain development or vehicle validation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of engine and transmission calibration principles and drivability assessment.
• Experience with data analysis tools and vehicle testing methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and validate powertrain calibration solutions for engine and transmission systems.
• Perform calibration and optimization activities related to drivability, torque management, gear shifting, idle speed and safety.
