Teoresi S.p.A. is seeking Calibration Engineers to join a dynamic team focused on powertrain calibration, vehicle performance optimization, and system validation in Michigan, USA.

You will develop, test, and validate engine and transmission calibration solutions, ensuring drivability, emissions targets, and regulatory compliance throughout the vehicle development cycle. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2–5 years of automotive calibration or vehicle validation experience, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive calibration, powertrain development, or vehicle validation activities.
• Experience with calibration and data analysis tools such as INCA, MDA, CRETA, Concerto, Optisim, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with vehicle testing, data acquisition, and validation methodologies.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and validate powertrain calibration solutions for engine and transmission systems.
• Perform calibration and optimization activities related to drivability, torque management, gear shifting, idle speed, thermal protection, anti-stall, and component protection functions.
• Execute vehicle testing and validation activities in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, altitude, and standard conditions).
• Analyze test data, identify issues, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technical review committees.
• Contribute to the development of automated tools and processes for data analysis and validation activities.
