Teoresi S.p.A. is seeking a Calibration Engineer to join a dynamic team in Michigan, focusing on powertrain calibration, vehicle performance optimization, and system validation.

You will contribute to development, testing, and validation of engine and transmission calibration solutions to ensure performance, drivability and regulatory compliance throughout the vehicle development cycle. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2–5 years of automotive calibration experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive calibration, powertrain development or vehicle validation.
• Knowledge of engine and transmission calibration principles, drivability & powertrain systems.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and validate powertrain calibration solutions for engine and transmission systems.
• Perform calibration and optimization for drivability, torque management, gear shifting, idle speed, and protection functions.
• Execute vehicle testing and validation in varied environmental conditions.
• Analyze test data, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Support validation activities and ensure calibration delivery aligns with milestones and quality requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain calibration databases.
