Net2Source Inc. is seeking a skilled database administrator to manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases with a focus on performance and reliability. The role includes installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing health monitoring in a hybrid setting.

The ideal candidate will handle 24x7 production support for Oracle databases, optimize queries and indexes, and ensure growth is managed within SLAs in a permanent, hybrid work model with on-site days.

Competenze

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle databases.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database health and growth.
• Experience with 24x7 production support is a plus.

About the Role:

Mode of Work – Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite per week)

Skills-

Primary technical skills:

• Manage and maintain databases PostgreSQL MySQL Oracle to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Perform database installation configuration and upgrades
• Handle database objects such as tables indexes schemas and tablespaces
• Monitor database health capacity and growth trend
• Analyze and optimize queries indexes and database structures
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and slow queries
• Conduct performance tuning using diagnostic tools AWR EXPLAIN plans etc.
• Improve database efficiency through continuous tuning and refinement

Secondary technical skills:

• Secondary responsibility of this role is to provide 24x7 production support to Oracle databases
• Ideal candidate should have expert level knowledge of Oracle technology, and he should be capable enough to handle complex issues independently and provide resolutions within agreed SLAs also ensure customer delight and always adhere to policies and procedures
• Candidate having creative thinking and willing to bring innovations and passionate about working on challenging initiatives will be given preference
