DXC Technology Inc. is hiring a Database Administrator Expert in Naples with hybrid working options. You will oversee the database environment end-to-end, from design to implementation, and ensure high performance and reliability across Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB platforms.

The role requires collaboration with infrastructure teams, performance tuning, and providing guidance to junior staff while participating in hiring assessments as part of the interview process.

• Proven experience in operational management and performance tuning of databases.
• Strong backup/restore strategies and service continuity support.
