San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan invites applications for a junior postdoctoral fellow to join the Lymphoid Stromal Cell Biology Unit of the Comprehensive Cancer Center. The project investigates reprogramming of the tumor draining lymph node in melanoma, focusing on transcriptional and phenotypic changes in stromal and immune cells.

The candidate will use cutting-edge 3D culture, single-cell RNA sequencing, and spectral flow cytometry, with access to preclinical cancer models.

Competenze

  • Ph.D. in cancer biology, immunology, or equivalent research experience.
  • Hands-on experience in flow cytometry, confocal imaging and pre-clinical models of cancer.
  • Ability to teamwork, a solution-oriented attitude, and excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are expected.

Mansioni

  • Investigate transcriptional and phenotypic reprogramming of stromal and immune cells in tumor-draining lymph nodes (TDLNs).
