Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Genova is seeking a Postdoctoral researcher to advance multimodal and generative AI for biomedical imaging and genetics. The role focuses on learning from imaging data to predict genetic information and clinical risk, with close collaboration with the AIGO group led by Prof.

Vittorio Murino. You will design new ML/DL methods, work with transformers and GNNs, and publish results in top journals, while supporting PhD students and contributing to funded

Competenze

• Documented experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Computer Vision, preferably in biomedical imaging.
• Experience with multimodal learning and generative models for complex data.
• Strong publication record in ML/DL/CV conferences and journals.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and validate new methodological solutions in ML/DL for biomedical imaging.
• Link medical imaging data to biological/genetic risk factors.
• Work on multimodal and generative models and data-driven approaches.
• Publish in high-level international journals and conferences; contribute to proposals for funded projects.
• Collaborate with AIGO researchers and supervise PhD students.
