Job summary

Heritage is seeking a Portfolio Management Intern to join the Investment Lab. You will work with the Portfolio Management team on portfolio construction, investment advice and growth initiatives, supporting daily client portfolios and analyzing prospects’ allocations across asset classes to identify optimisations.

You will learn quickly and bring rigorous thinking to every task, contributing to actionable recommendations and presenting clear material to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in finance or economics and genuine interest in investment management.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and core asset classes.
• Comfort reading data, building models, and drawing analysis-based conclusions.
• Strong communication and ability to translate analysis into clear outputs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• High attention to detail with focus on quality.
• Genuine curiosity about wealth management and private markets.
• English fluency is required.
• Availability to start Internship in November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Analysis: review and analyse client portfolios across asset classes and detect inefficiencies.
• Portfolio Optimisation: develop improved allocation proposals and model impacts.
• Client Materials: prepare clear decks translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
