Poltrona Frau Spa, part of the Motion Supply Chain team, contributes to delivering sophisticated interiors for luxury cars, premium airline cabins, and yachts. The role focuses on building supplier relationships, analyzing data, and optimizing logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high service levels.

The position requires a degree in engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, and fluent English.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least two years of experience in similar positions.
• Fluent English is required.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques for production systems and material flows.
• Familiarity with supplier management and logistics processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience with logistics/warehouse management applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics F&O.

As part of the Supply Chain team at Poltrona Frau in Motion, the position contributes to the delivery of unique and highly sophisticated interior solutions for luxury automobiles, premium-class airline cabins, and yachts.

Main Activities

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of supplies and materials
• Review and analyze data and flows to determine potential issues and suggest solutions
• Conduct research on new technologies related to shipping or logistics to identify potential applications within the company's operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure the company maintains high levels of service over time
• Review current operations to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, including implementing new technologies and logistic innovations
• Ensure that all materials are available where and when they are needed, in compliance with safety regulations
• Develop and implement plans for the transportation of materials from one location to another
• Analyze customer order schedules, scheduling production and shipments to the customer within the correct delivery times and maintaining a high level of service

Education and Experience

• Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least two years of experience in similar positions
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of techniques, tools, and methods for analyzing data from production systems and material flows
• Knowledge of different types of material sourcing from suppliers and within the production plant
• Knowledge of techniques and tools necessary to control processes, identify risk factors, and related development and implementation of solutions aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing the risk level
• Knowledge of the MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of applications for logistics/warehouse management, preferably Microsoft Dynamics F&O

Conditions

The position offers a employee classification with a gross annual salary of €29-33.000 in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement. The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.
