Job summary

Capco in Milano is seeking a PMO to support financial services client engagements within a growing Italian consulting team. You will translate business needs into structured analyses and help run workshops.

Ideal candidates have a economics-related degree, 2+ years in similar roles in financial services or consulting, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management. Milano hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics or similar field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services or consulting roles.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).

Role Description:

As part of the consulting team, the PMO will:

• Understand our Financial Services clients’ business needs to help them overcome challenges.
• Conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis while evaluating processes to provide relevant recommendations for enhancing current operations.
• Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Create high-quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings.
• Participate in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Capco brand, and our global reach.

Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in economics or similar fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, in the Financial Services industry and preferably within a management and/or technology consulting firm.
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies, such as agile/scrum and waterfall.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Great stakeholder management skills.
