Capco in Milano seeks a Project Manager to drive delivery across financial services client programmes. You will define scope, set milestones and manage resources to deliver on time and on budget.

You will lead cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders and apply agile, scrum and waterfall methodologies using tools like Jira, Rally and Confluence.

Competenze

• Significant project management experience in Financial Services
• Experience working for a management and/or technology consulting firm is highly desired (with Financial Services clients)
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (agile/scrum, waterfall, etc.)
• Experience working on and leading implementation projects
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Great influencing skills and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence, Trello, etc.)

Role Description

A Capco Project Manager is an agent of change with accountability for driving success over a full project or programme lifecycle. The Project Manager designs, plans and implements projects and programmes, either standalone or as part of a larger programme, or programmes according to scope, targets and objectives set for time of delivery, budget and quality.

You Will

Pay Transparency

Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Our compensation policies are designed to allow our people to progress through our defined salary range over time as they progress in their role.

The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is from €29.000. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.

Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment.
