Trinseo in Rho, Lombardy is seeking a Process Engineer to develop new processes and optimize existing ones. You will write specifications, size equipment, prepare PFDs/P&IDs, and support safety analyses with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English and Italian is required for effective collaboration with R&D and production teams. The role involves coordinating lab or pilot trials, validating process feasibility, and contributing to project design packages.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of process design, equipment sizing, and safety analysis.
• Familiarity with PFDs, P&IDs, and process descriptions.
• Experience with safety reviews (HAZOP) and pressure relief device design.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
