STMicroelectronics in Agrate Brianza seeks a Process Specialist to support the Gas & Chemical discipline within the Central Construction team. You will contribute to design, specifications, and contractor coordination for new facilities, from concept to start-up.

The role emphasizes adherence to time, quality, and budget, collaboration across disciplines, and thorough documentation. Fluency in English and Italian is expected, with a background in chemical/industrial engineering.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/industrial engineering, material engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or other technically equivalent degree.
• Master's degree in chemical engineering, material engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or other technically equivalent degree.
• Experience or knowledge of process systems for microelectronics or pharmaceutical production sites.
• Able to read and understand mechanical, electrical and instrumental schematics.
• Knowledge of Autocad and 3D modeling software (Revit, Navisworks).

Mansioni

• Define the basic design related to gas & chemical plants for new projects, supported by team leader.
• Prepare the specifications for the gas & chemical discipline.
• Validate the technical documentation and quotation provided by the Contractors.
• Check and ensure that the installation activities, carried out by contractor personnel, are compliant with specifications, safety and environmental rules and STMicroelectronics standards.
• Ensure the on-time execution of gas & chemical installation, with follow-up of works.
• Lead weekly meetings with the assigned Contractors and write detailed MoM.
• Provide the necessary approvals of datasheet and Contractors' documentation within the standard due date.
• Be accountable for the usage of the available tools for project management by the Contractors.
• Participate to periodic meetings and be constantly updated about gas & chemical activities progress with suppliers and STMicroelectronics team.
• Ensure the collection of final documentation related to the gas & chemical disciplines.
