Job summary

Capgemini Italy is seeking a PLM Solution Architect to shape and evolve PLM solutions for leading industrial clients. You will design PLM transformations and support integration with ERP, MES, and CAD systems in a global, multidisciplinary team.

You will work across PLM platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill and Teamcenter, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to drive digital continuity and data governance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communications skills are required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience with PLM implementations, deployments or transformations.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes and engineering data management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and evolution of PLM solutions for engineering and manufacturing transformation programs.
• Support workshops to translate customer requirements into solution designs.
• Participate in architecture activities across product development, engineering, manufacturing and change management.
• Contribute to integration design between PLM platforms and ERP, MES, CAD applications.
• Support data governance, product structure, configuration management and engineering change processes.
• Participate in deployment, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to architecture documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
