St. Louis School - Caviglia in Milan is seeking an Early Years Educator to join from January 2027. You will deliver play-based education for children aged 2 to 5, fostering a warm, inclusive environment within a modern international setting.

Experience with IB PYP is desirable, but applicants from other curricula who demonstrate high standards and innovative practice are encouraged to apply. The Caviglia campus serves over 500 students from 50 nationalities, offering a bright, well-equipped

Competenze

• Recognised Early Years teaching qualification.
• Experience with children aged 2–5 in Early Years or nursery settings.
• Understanding of EYFS, Reggio Emilia or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Strong classroom management, organisation and planning for high-quality learning.
• Reflective, adaptable mindset committed to continuous improvement; EU passport/work permit required.
