The International School of Milan is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join from August 2026. You will support teaching and learning in the Early Years, working with the class teacher to create a safe, engaging environment for young learners.

Patience, energy and a passion for early development are essential. Responsibilities include supporting play-based learning, supervising children, and contributing to a positive classroom culture.

Competenze

• Experience working with young children aged 2-5.
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach.
• High expectations of behaviour and learning outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Energetic, flexible and proactive.
• Valid right to live and work in Italy.
• Early Years qualification desirable.
• Experience in international or bilingual settings desirable.
• Understanding of Reggio-Emilia, play-based or inquiry-led learning.
• Experience supporting children with additional learning needs.
• Italian language skills advantageous but not essential.
