Hashlist is seeking a Platform Product Manager for Subscription Services in Turin to lead the evolution of a connected-vehicle subscription platform. Hybrid work model, starting ASAP, with flexibility for full-time, contract, or freelance arrangements.

You will own the product lifecycle, define vision and roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and regional teams to scale modular, configurable offerings across markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as CS, engineering or business.
• 5+ years of product management experience in platform or SaaS subscription products.
• Proven track record launching or managing subscription-based products across regions.
• Ability to define and scale modular, configurable platforms.

• Lead the full product lifecycle of a connected-vehicle Subscription Services Platform, enabling seamless bundling and entitlement.
• Define platform vision, strategy, and roadmaps for subscription packages and customer engagement.
• Build scalable frameworks for regional offerings and vehicle configurations, including pre-contract planning.
• Partner with engineering, brand, marketing, and regional ops teams to launch subscription experiences worldwide.
• Translate strategy into backlogs, user stories, and priorities driving business impact.
• Support rollout of trial management, feature gating, renewals, and package switching.
• Establish KPIs for adoption, usage, churn, ARPU and geographic penetration.
• Collaborate cross-regionally on bundling optimization and customer segmentation.
• Advocate for an API-first platform to empower other teams.
