Hashlist is seeking a Feature Lead Engineer - Connectivity to shape the definition and implementation of next-generation TCU platforms for an automotive OEM. You will bridge technical development with product delivery across connectivity domains.

The role requires 5–12 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on knowledge of 4G/5G modems, C-V2X, Linux, AUTOSAR, and the ability to lead requirements, reviews, and collaboration across hardware, cloud, and validation teams.

Competenze

• University degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of 4G/5G Modem, C-V2X, and related connectivity tech.
• Experience with Linux and AUTOSAR.
• Background in automotive connectivity, cockpit, or cloud solutions.

Mansioni

• Lead the definition, planning, and release of connectivity software features for next-gen TCU platforms.
• Write and refine component-level requirements aligned with system and business needs.
