Hashlist is seeking a Platform Product Manager for Subscription Services in Turin to lead the evolution of a connected-vehicle subscription platform. Hybrid work model, starting ASAP, with flexibility for full-time, contract, or freelance arrangements.

You will own the product lifecycle, define vision and roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and regional teams to scale modular, configurable offerings across markets.

We are looking for a Platform Product Manager - Subscription Services. This role leads the evolution of a connected-vehicle Subscription Services Platform at a major OEM, enabling dynamic bundling, entitlement, and lifecycle management of digital services across millions of vehicles and global markets.

Resposibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle of a connected-vehicle Subscription Services Platform, enabling seamless bundling, entitlement, and delivery of services across global regions and vehicle models
• Define the platform vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap for subscription packages, service expansion, and customer engagement across the vehicle lifecycle
• Build scalable frameworks for regional offerings, market-specific content, and vehicle configuration compatibility, including pre-contract technical dependency planning
• Partner with engineering, brand, marketing, and regional operations teams to design and launch new subscription experiences worldwide
• Translate product strategy into well-defined backlogs, user stories, and priorities that drive real business impact
• Support the rollout of trial management, feature gating, service upgrades, renewals, retention offers, and package switching
• Establish KPIs tied to adoption, usage, churn, ARPU, engagement, and geographic penetration
• Work cross-functionally on bundling optimization and customer segmentation across regions
• Advocate for a modular, API-first platform that enables other teams to launch new vehicle services rapidly
• Ensure customer experiences meet regulatory, localization, and brand standards across geographies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform or SaaS subscription products
• Demonstrated success launching or managing subscription-based products across multiple regions or customer segments
• Proven ability to define and scale modular, configurable platforms serving diverse use cases
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, bundling strategy, and customer engagement tools
• Proven ability to prioritize, influence cross-functional teams, and drive execution in a matrixed environment
• Agile product development experience with a bias for iteration and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strong UX intuition

Nice to have:

• Master's degree or MBA; experience in automotive software, connected services, or mobile ecosystems
• Familiarity with entitlement management, CRM, or feature-on-demand systems (e.g. Zuora, Salesforce), SAFe, and JIRA/Confluence
