Forvia is seeking a Production Control & Logistics Manager to lead the plant's PC&L activities and a professional team. You will oversee customer management, deliveries, and production planning while driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with the PC&L strategy.

The role requires a strong background in production control and logistics within the automotive sector, with proven leadership, budgeting, and ERP expertise to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management preferred (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in automotive.
• Knowledge of ERP processes and tools; APICS principles; strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Lead the production control and logistics activities of the plant in line with PC&L strategy.
• Manage customer management and deliveries, production planning, and internal/external flows.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standard PC&L processes and department budget.
