IMA Group is seeking a Production Planner for the IMA BFB Division to own orders from machine sales, perform planning analyses, and ensure on-time delivery for production lines.

You will gather technical and commercial details, coordinate with suppliers, and work with Project Management, Assembly, and Engineering to maintain a seamless workflow throughout the project lifecycle. The role offers a competitive package and growth within a global leader.

Competenze

• Ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a similar production/planning role within manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of orders from sale of machines or lines and ensure timelines.
• Gather technical and commercial information for correct assembly within deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and be the primary contact for procurement.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Assembly, Engineering to streamline workflow.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and monitor progress.
• Plan logistics, analyze material requirements, and monitor availability.
• Support internal processes to ensure material availability.
