Ferrero is seeking a Lean Manufacturing – Plant Performance Manager for the Balvano Plant to lead performance improvement initiatives through Ferrero Operational Excellence and Smart Factory programs.

You will drive continuous improvement, train and coach plant referents, and report on progress of initiatives and audits, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. StrongLean background and multilingual capability are valued.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives.

Mansioni

• Lead the rollout of Ferrero Operational Excellence at Balvano Plant.
• Coach plant referents on Lean methodologies and train-the-trainer concepts.
• Monitor and report progress of plant initiatives and audits.
