Ferrero is seeking a Lean Manufacturing – Plant Performance Manager for the Balvano Plant (PZ). You will drive performance improvement through Ferrero Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives, acting as a change agent with a continuous improvement mindset.

You will lead the rollout of Ferrero Operational Excellence, define deployment plans, coach plant referents, and monitor progress to align with strategic objectives.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Solid and consolidated experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Mansioni

• Lead and promote Ferrero Operational Excellence and Lean initiatives at Balvano Plant.
• Manage the Smart Factory roll-out and monitor progress against strategic objectives.
• Coach plantReferents on methodologies and train-the-trainer concepts.
• Consolidate progress, training, and audits; report results to leadership.
• Oversee people management and ensure effective communication through line managers.
