Prysmian is seeking a Plant Maintenance Specialist for its Merlino (LO) plant. You will support preventive and corrective maintenance, plan and schedule activities, manage procurement in SAP, and drive maintenance improvements.

The role requires technical education and 2 years in an industrial setting, with English and Italian fluency. You will collaborate with suppliers, coordinate with area managers, and contribute to safety culture and KPI monitoring.

Competenze

Degree or high school diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent; university degree is a plus.

Support the Maintenance Manager in preventive and corrective maintenance to meet production objectives and safety standards.
Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities including line shutdowns and emergencies.
Monitor progress against timelines and resources.
Collaborate with suppliers and external contractors for maintenance execution.
Contribute to HSE procedures and maintenance-related trainings.
Coordinate with area managers to schedule plant maintenance.
Enter purchase orders in SAP and manage materials in technical warehouses.
Support new projects and plant modifications; develop digital maintenance tools.
Monitor KPIs (MTTR, MTTF, MTBF) to improve plant efficiency.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues.
