Ferrero is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist for the Alba Plant to implement H&S standards across the Production Unit and act as the safety reference point for all related topics. You will translate legal and internal requirements into practical actions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of H&S processes.

You will lead risk assessments, contribute to incident investigations, and support emergency planning while promoting a strong safety culture

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Engineering or Prevention Techniques in Health and Safety.
• ASPP or RSPP certification is desirable.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Identify, assess and reduce Health & Safety risks, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards on the shop floor.
• Perform risk assessments, support audits, and contribute to incident investigations and KPI monitoring.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver H&S training activities; coach managers to promote safety ownership and continuous improvement.
