Ferrero is seeking an Health & Safety Specialist for its Alba plant in Piedmont, Italy. You will implement H&S standards, work with the Maintenance Unit and office staff, and drive safety improvements across contractors and internal teams.
The role requires leading risk assessments, incident investigations, and training initiatives to foster a safety culture. Qualifications include a Master’s in Engineering or related field, ASPP/RSPP, and fluency in Italian and English.
For our Plant in Alba we are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist, who will ensure the effective implementation of Health & Safety standards within the Maintenance Unit and the Office departments, acting as a key point of reference for all topics related to occupational safety, accident prevention and human-centered work design. You will support the translation of legal and internal requirements into practical maintenance actions, working closely with different stakeholders to guarantee compliance and continuous improvement across all H&S processes, including activities involving third parties.
The role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €36.910. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
