Balconi - Valeo Foods Group is seeking a Junior Industrial Controller to partner with plant leadership in Castiglione delle Stiviere. You will oversee industrial controlling activities, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights to drive profitability and continuous improvement across the site.

You will work with Operations, Planning, Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and IT to monitor costs, KPIs, and budgets, contributing to informed decision-making and strong financial performance.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Controlling in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of production processes and factory operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience.

Mansioni

• Lead monitoring and analysis of industrial costs and production KPIs.
• Collect, validate, and analyze production and financial data; track costs and variances.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Prepare monthly reports on costs, margins, productivity, and plant performance.
• Support monthly closing, forecasts, and annual industrial budgets.
• Collaborate with plant management to implement cost optimization and CI initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between site and central Finance for data integrity.
• Contribute to achieving financial and operational targets through proactive analysis.
