Balconi - Valeo Foods Group is seeking a Junior Industrial Controller to partner with plant leadership in Castiglione delle Stiviere. You will oversee industrial controlling activities, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights to drive profitability and continuous improvement across the site.

You will work with Operations, Planning, Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and IT to monitor costs, KPIs, and budgets, contributing to informed decision-making and strong financial performance.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Controlling in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of production processes and factory operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience.

Join one of our Group's key manufacturing sites and play a strategic role in supporting operational excellence and business performance.

We are looking for a Junior Industrial Controller who will act as a trusted business partner for the plant leadership team, helping drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement across the site. This position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of manufacturing operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and contributing directly to the achievement of the plant's financial and operational objectives.

Your role

You will be responsible for overseeing all industrial controlling activities at the plant, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of economic and production data while providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

You will be an active member of the site's operational leadership team, working in close partnership with Operations, Planning, Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monitoring and analysis of industrial costs and key production KPIs.


• Collect, validate, and analyze production and financial data, ensuring accurate tracking of standard costs, variances, and actual manufacturing costs.


• Identify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency and profitability.


• Prepare monthly reporting packages covering costs, margins, productivity, and plant performance.


• Support monthly closing activities, forecasting processes, and the development of annual industrial budgets.


• Partner with plant management to deliver cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Act as the primary liaison between the manufacturing site and the central Finance organization, ensuring data integrity and reporting consistency.


• Contribute to the achievement of the site's financial and operational targets through proactive analysis and business support.
